USAGE GUIDELINES

By inviting and using Pompoki (the “Bot”), you (“User”) acknowledge and agree that you consent to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided herein, that your use of the Bot’s features including but not limited to commands, the pack system, and profile cards is permitted only on servers where the Bot has been granted the required permissions such as reading and sending messages, embedding links, using external emojis, and managing messages, without the need for administrator privileges, that you retain the right to use the Bot in any server where it is present so long as you remain in compliance with these Terms as well as Discord Inc.’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, that such access and privileges may be suspended or revoked at the discretion of the Pompoki Team in the event of a violation, and that by inviting the Bot you further understand and accept that certain limited data may be collected in accordance with its Privacy Policy solely for the purpose of enabling and maintaining its essential functions.

TERM GUIDELINES

We have the right to blacklist an Pompoki access from any server for any reason at any time. You also consent to abide by the Pompoki's guidelines, which include the Discord Terms and Discord Guidelines, while using Pompoki. It is projected that your use of Pompoki will continue to be online fun. Any direct or indirect harm brought on by your use of Pompoki is not our responsibility. Your rights to the Pompoki may be revoked if you use it for any illegal or malicious intention. Any wrongful use of Pompoki by third parties is not our responsibility.

UTILISATION OF INFORMATION

Pompoki may use the stored data outlined below for specific purposes, such as command handling and, when enabled, assisting new users in getting started with the Bot. This data will never be used for purposes outside of those stated here, nor will it be shared with any third-party websites or services. Each time a user runs a command, Pompoki will save the relevant data with the user’s approval, including: the user ID (to store account information), cards (to maintain the user’s card collection), and profile card details (to store all information the user chooses to input into their profile card).

Beyond the information listed above, no other data will be retained. Certain commands may update the stored data, and in such cases, end users may be required to provide updated information. In limited situations, specific commands may require the temporary storage of sensitive data, such as message content, in order to support essential functionality. Additionally, user message data may be tracked to prevent alternate account exploitation, economy abuse, and duplication. Please note that this process is neither harmful nor dangerous to you, and the information that is stored cannot be altered or expanded through any activities beyond those explicitly stated.

ABOUT CARD DESIGN

Except for the substantial effort, resources, and expenses that the Pompoki Team invests in the development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance of the Bot, we do not claim ownership of any artwork displayed or utilized within Pompoki, nor do we derive any form of profit from such artwork. All visual assets, including but not limited to card illustrations, profile designs, and related graphics, remain the property of their respective creators. Any donations received through Patreon or other platforms are applied exclusively to the operation and sustainability of Pompoki such as covering server infrastructure, continued development, and technical support and are not connected in any way to the monetization of third-party artwork. The Pompoki Team expressly disclaims any profit or commercial benefit derived from the use of these works. In the event that an artist, copyright holder, or other authorized party raises a concern regarding the inclusion of their artwork, the Pompoki Team will promptly review the matter and, where appropriate, modify or remove the content in question to ensure full respect for the rights of the original creators.

HOW DO WE STORE THE INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA?

We obtain the following data from you when you use Pompoki:

• To maintain the security and proper operation of the bot, when you add Pompoki, your server's details including its server’s name, owner’s id, server’s id, and member count—are transferred to Pompoki presence.
• Arrangement there’s some normal command for help command. We have the Discord User IDs listed in our database, to keep on tracking the user if they exploiting the app.
• We use the information we gather for many kinds of purposes, including providing, functioning, and maintaining Pompoki features on separate servers.
